Overcoming Adversity

God’s Mercy through Christ Jesus the Power That Overcomes Adversity

Mercy is the power that God freely and indiscriminately gives to everyone, and it’s the strength that makes anyone succeed. God through Christ Jesus has made the opportunity for anyone who has his mercy to succeed, because The Power of God’s mercy to you can make you victorious over your adversity. Sometimes it looks like we are successful because of the things that mercy brings us, but this appearance can be deceiving. Nevertheless, The Holy Spirit corrects us to see that God is having mercy on everyone, and through the strength of his mercy, he enables people to overcome circumstances that sometimes seem overwhelming.

The Holy Spirit Corrects Me to See the Absolute Truth

God freely gives me mercy, and by his Power of mercy, he gives me the good things that I have. Sometimes I think that it is my college education that gets me over, but The Holy Spirit corrects me. Sometimes I think it’s the strong family stamina that gets me over, but The Holy Spirit corrects me. Sometimes I think it’s my willingness to have mercy on others, but The Holy Spirit corrects. Sometimes I think it is the people around me that get me over my adversities, but The Holy Spirit corrects me.

The Holy Spirit Is The Shepherd’s “Rod And Staff”

The Holy Spirit is correcting me to know that it is not the things that God’s mercy gets me which make me overcome life’s adversities, but it is The Power of God’s mercy thru Christ Jesus, which gets me the things that get me over. God’s mercy is God’s Power of Christ Jesus that makes me to get and take hold of a college education, stamina, a willingness to have mercy on others, and people around me. God through Christ Jesus is the giver of this mercy that makes me overcome, even though I sometimes think that it is the things that God’s mercy puts in my possession that makes me overcome. Nevertheless, Christ Jesus is the faithful and good shepherd, and uses his “rod and staff” (The Holy Spirit) to correct me back to oneness with him and the rest of the flock. After The Lord’s correction, I can see that it is not the things, but God by The Power of his mercy through Christ Jesus that makes me overcome.
